Some things to know first:

  • We DON'T dispo all deals. We're 100% transparent if the deal cannot be sold. It must meet a set of criteria before we move forward.

  • All deals are split 50/50.

  • You must be direct to seller and already under contract. If you aren't under contract, please submit as a lead here.

  • Your closing date must be at least 25 days away.

  • Please submit as much information as possible in the form below.

  • We will reach out to your within 24 hours.

If we move forward:

  • A JV agreement will be signed before we start any marketing of the deal.

  • We require that any ads you have already put up are taken down. If someone sees the same property marketed by multiple people or for multiple prices, our credibility is compromised.

  • You must be able to get us access to the property for photos and showings ASAP.

  • We maximize what your deal can be sold for.
